And the American Airlines '57 Chevy is brimming with luggage - including golf-club bags and mail bags, suitcases and hat boxes.

Each model in this collection is a classic pick-up, bearing the logo of the company it represents and crafted to the Matchbox Collectibles standard of authenticity. There are painted and chrome finished wheels, reproduced wjth a painstaking process pioneered by Matchbox Collectibles. The paintwork matches actual colours from the 50s. And the chrome frnish on the grrlles, bumpers, mirrors and lights gives each replica that "showroom" quality. But what makes this collection truly unique are the intricately crafled loads in each truck tray. From the two replacement tyres and rim assemblies in the Caterpillar'55 Ford pick-up...to the flat head V-8 engines and two crated manual transmissions in the Genuine Parts '53 Ford, each payload is meticulously sculptured, crafted of a special sculptor's composition of fine resins to capture extremely fine detail and then entirely painted by hand.
